Aulas fait le point sur Gomis
Aulas’s update on Gomis
Contacted by the JDD, Jean-Michel Aulas has an update on the transfer Bafé Gomis to Newcastle: “We have accepted the proposal of €8 million, plus €2m of bonuses. Newcastle have accepted his salary expectations. The agreement is now linked to the acceptance of agents fees. The problem is in the amount and manner of payment for the commissions. There are several people involved in the operation, which complicates the negotiation. I am hopeful that things will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.”
