Joe Kinnear’s Worst Lies Yet, Enough Is Enough
I thought things had been a bit quiet recently, I assumed that they had locked Joe Kinnear in a broom cupboard.
Maybe they did lock him in but they didn’t realise that he was the son of Harry Houdini.
I am ashamed that this this clown is connected in any way with Newcastle United, never mind being apparently the most powerful man at St.James’ Park as we speak.
(At the bottom you will find the quotes Kinnear has just given the Shields Gazette, his lies and the actual truth are outlined first)
Every top club in the land has got one (Director of Football) – LIE Arsenal, Liverpool etc don’t have one.
I have been a manager for 35 years – LIE It is 26 years, Kinnear first managed in 1983 (and that was as assistant manager at Al-Shabab) and last job was NUFC in 2009.
I have won every award as a player – LIE Kinnear hasn’t won PFA or Football Writers Player Of The Year, he didn’t win First Division, European Cup, Cup Winners Cup, World Cup, European Championships
Ten years at Wimbledon – TRUTH(!) Kinnear was manger at WImbledon for 7 years but reserve team manager for 3 years before that.
Two years winning promotion at Luton – LIE Kinnear did get them promoted once but year before he relegated them.
Almost two years at Newcastle – LIE Kinnear was in charge for four and a half months, or just over eight months if you are generous and include time after his heart attack before his contract ended in May 2009.
“Every top club in the land has got one.
We haven’t, that is the difference, the manager can’t do everything.
I am probably the only football manager to be a director of football.
I don’t know any other ex-managers who have, I have been a manager for 35 years. I have been Manager of the Year, I have won every award there is in football as a player.
I think all those qualities put me head and shoulders above every other director of football.
I’m lending my experience as a manager for all those years; ten years at Wimbledon, two years at Nottingham Forest, two years winning promotion at Luton and of course almost two years at Newcastle.”
On a serious note, Joe Kinnear is either a very sick (as in ill) man and should never have been put in this position, or he is totally incompetent and anything he says cannot be trusted.
Either way, he is not a fit person in my opinion to be the top person at Newcastle United. This cannot be allowed to continue.
