Keeping true faith Over The Summer?

Share

The latest issue of true faith is a full colour, A5, 72-page extravaganza featuring many from the regular stable of writers but joined by a healthy selection of fresh-faced debutants stepping across the white line of fanzine scribbling for the first time. They can spell and everything.

As ever, true faith is rammed full of Newcastle United coverage from every possible angle. No punches are pulled in the assessment of the massive let down of a season we’ve just had, with profiles on the manager, players, fans and you name it.

But it’s not just all about this season gone and TF has gone heavy on the nostalgia line.

Not only is there the excellent 60 Second Season feature from 1896/97 but one writer has taken a stroll down a memory lane and describes the ups and downs of the last thirty-odd years of the white knuckle walks down Green Street and into the Boleyn Ground for our encounters with those lovable cockney characters, West Ham. An excellent read. Likewise the ‘Best of Times, Worst of Times’  feature has been reprised but you’ll have to buy a bleedin’ copy to find out more.

Likewise TF’s man in Spain, Tony Higgins, brings us a heart-warming tale from the sixth level of Spanish football.

Thru Black & White Eyes, Postcards From The Edge, Sub-Culture, Feel Every Beat and The End are all here too.

The Mag’s sister publication ‘true faith’ goes into newsagents on Saturday 1st June(today) and is available to buy now from our online shop, both single copies and subscriptions.
