Alan Pardew Hopes To Keep Coloccini One More Year Then Take It From There
The season may have ended but that doesn’t mean an end to the ongoing debate about what next at Newcastle United.
In fact if anything the speculation gets worse as everybody hopes for something better next season.
After the Arsenal match, Alan Pardew was interviewed and had this to say about whether Fabricio Coloccini will be staying;
“I hope so, I think he is very important to us. When he’s played, our ratio of wins is much higher than when he doesn’t.
It is a personal decision more than a business situation. We are hoping to persuade him to stay for at least one more year.”
Watch the full interview below and hear the manager’s take on the match as well as his own position, plus the departure of Steve Harper.
