Newcastle Premier League Match Could Be Moved

Even though there are only three weeks of Newcastle United’s season left, one of the fixtures could still be moved to a different date/time.

With SKY’s seemingly limitless powers in the Premier League, Newcastle’s match at Loftus Road on Sunday 12 May could be rescheduled.

Even though tickets are now on sale for that date, it means little in modern football where fans are the last consideration in any Premier League debate.

At the moment SKY haven’t nominated a game for the slot on the evening of Monday 13 May and a relegation thriller involving Newcastle could be too tempting to overlook.

Allowing matches to e moved so late is obviously a disgrace, especially with no compensation  for any fans who arrange travel and accommodation, as well as buying tickets they might not then be able to use.

Unfortunately, this has happened in the past, including fixtures involving Newcastle.

So if you are planning on going to QPR, be warned.
