Coloccini Embarrassed By His Dad
Osvaldo Coloccini was quoted back in Argentina saying that our captain (his son) was looking to move back to the home country, to San Lorenzo, a club where he played briefly on loan from AC Milan as a young player.

His father (who incidentally used to also play for San Lorenzo and is now youth director there)had said;
“The arrival of Fabricio would be complicated but there’s always a glimmer of hope.
The most difficult issue is that Newcastle just sold a major striker, he is captain and above all an idol, in the city (Newcastle) they love him.
Fabricio is dying to get back but is trying to make a graceful exit.
The contract of Fabricio is high for them and they could let him go to save money”.
However, Colo’s agent Marcelo Lombilla in an interview on Radio 9 has now knocked back the story;
“The San Lorenzo thing arises because of a personal matter and because his father is at that club.
He has only just renewed his contract six months ago and these stories always generate a buzz and generate illusions, however they are just that, illusions and nothing more.
These things that are written, I just cannot believe”.
I suppose Colo isn’t the first bloke to be embarrassed by his dad…
