NUFC/Geordie Book Competition
Thanks to everyone who entered our cracking competition to win one of three sets of new books that pay tribute to Newcastle the City, our wonderful Geordie dialect and also one devoted to our beloved football club.
With the new books fresh off the presses, our friends at My World kindly gave us three copies of each book for our competition.
Each winner will get a copy of each of ‘Aal Aboot Geordie’, ‘Newcastle United’ and ‘Aal Aboot Newcastle’.
The three books are all priced at £4.95 each and come in a pocket sized format giving brilliant concise insights into all three subjects.
All three books are all available here in The Mag Shop.
To be in with a chance to win in this great free competition, you had to simply tell us which great Geordie Anthem was written by Geordie Ridley, commemorating a day oot in 1862?
The answer of course is ‘The Blaydon Races’ and we will be bringing you details of the three winners very shortly.
