Celebrate NUFC’s Double Century

When Newcastle United travel to Southampton, another NUFC milestone will be passed sometime in the match.

The first black and white corner-kick will be the 200th since the last Premier League match in which Newcastle scored from one.

Yes, 199 corner kicks have been taken in the Premier League since the day United’s Demba Ba scored a clever near post header from Yohan Cabaye’s cross.

Fast forward fourteen months since that 1st October 2011 clash with Wolves at Molineux.
