Last night’s post-match Demba Ba interview maybe proved that even when you score two great goals in forty minutes, it still isn’t the best idea to be interviewed straight after the match when the adrenaline is pumping.

Dropping to the bench is never going to make any player happy, or at least it shouldn’t, but on the pitch Demba Ba reacted in the best way possible and showed once agin what a great player he is. Easy to forget as well that he also scored that cracker against Spurs, so that is three in four (three and a half!) Premier League matches.

However, if you watch this video interview there is a bit of a strange question and answer exchange, including;

Interviewer: “How determined were you to go out there and prove the manager wrong?”.

Demba: “I was determined because to be fair, lately I was not so happy with some things going on”.

Obviously the next question should have been….’what things’?!!!
