Newcastle United Back On Home Turf
It remains to be seen what kind of team steps on the pitch but it is billed as Newcastle United reserves so anybody going along to the International Stadium will be hoping to see the likes of Vuckic, Abeid and possibly new boys, Gael Bigirimana and Romain Amalfitano.
Kick-off over the water in Gateshead is at 7.30pm and admission is by paying at the turnstiles (remember that!) located at both ends of the Tyne and wear Stand.
Turnstiles open at 6.30pm with prices £10 for adults, £5 OAPs, £2 for U16s.
Hopefully the sun will shine and a chance to see some of our younger players pushing for a place in the first team.
If nothing else an opportunity to see some live football after an extra large diet of TV football this summer with both the Euros and Newcastle’s friendlies heavily featured on ESPN.
