Liverpool Claim No Permanent Deal Offer For Carroll

Reports out of Liverpool claim that Newcastle are still to make any offer to take Carroll on a permanent deal and the loan offer would have had the scousers subsidising his wages.

The Liverpool Echo claim their sources inside Anfield have stated that Liverpool would only be interested in a deal that would take Andy Carroll off their hands for good.

It is little surprise that after getting taken for £35m less than two years ago, the American owners aren’t very keen on subsidising Carroll’s wages or letting him head back here on anything less than a cash deal.

Elsewhere it is said that Carroll has indicated that he intends to stay and fight for his place.

However,  the reality is that  of a new manager who is widely reported to believe Carroll won’t fit into his system AND who has just shelled out £10m on Italian forward, Fabio Borini.

Liverpool will be desperate to recoup money for the new manager to reinforce a team that was critically damaged by Dalglish’s woeful transfer dealing.

Due to this there could well be another relative bargain still available for Mike Ashley, if he is prepared to make his most expensive signing to date AND satisfy Carroll’s wage demands.

If you need inspiration for a birthday (or any kind of) present why not get them the new DVD, or something equally class from The Mag’s Amazon Store, or why not treat yourself!
