Pardew Springs Surprises With NUFC Line-Up

Alan Pardew has sneaked one in under the radar as he has dropped Cissé to the bench with Ben Arfa in behind Ba in a 4-4-1-1 formation, with Obertan on the right.

With Ryan Taylor picking up an injury there was speculation Guthrie could be drafted into a more numerous midfield but Pardew is putting his faith in Obertan to get his career back on an upward trajectory.

The rest of the team is what started against sunderland and coming back into the fold is Haris Vuckic whose loan ended at Cardiff and he joins Cissé on the bench.
