Newcastle United v West Brom Line-Ups

Alan Pardew has kept the same eleven players who started in the one goal victory over Norwich last weekend.

The big change though is that James Perch has gone to full-back which has realeased Jonas Gutierrez back to left wing and Yohan Cabaye back to his favoured position in the middle.

Rumours of Cheick Tiote missing out due to injury seemingly confirmed by his absence….unless you go with the conspiracy theorists that he won’t be allowed to play again this season in case of endangering a move to Chelsea!

With Ben Arfa, Cisse and Ba all on the pitch it makes for an attacking line-up, especially with Guthrie, Cabaye and Jonas making up the rest of the midfield, the manager refraining from using Perch in a defensive midfield role which he made a decent job of last week.

A team that can hopefully produce goals…and a clean sheet at the other end.
