Man In Mask Evades Justice In Newcastle

The prosecution offered no evidence against Nicklas Bendtner on a charge of vandalising cars parked on Stowell Street, just down the road from St.James’ Park (rumour has it they weren’t sure who it was behind the mask!).

So it is now down to sunderland captain, Lee Cattermole, who has five charges relating to £4,168.27 of damage caused to cars on December 6 last year.

The case was adjourned at the request of the prosecution.

Cattermole, 23, who gave his address as Aislaby near Yarm, Teesside, was granted unconditional bail until 2pm on March 26 when the case will be heard again.

Well I suppose it gives him something to do while he serves yet another suspension. Going to court I mean, not wrecking cars, hopefully.
