A weather warning was issued yesterday regarding snow and sleet over the north east as well as the rest of the country but thankfully Tyneside managed to miss the worst of it, judging by the match highlights from around the country. Of course two snowflakes landing on the south east made the weather national headlines.
Happy to give my weather report looking out the bedroom window at 8am on match day, lovely blue skies but canny cold at the moment, so follow the advice and travel carefully as the roads will be icy.
So a nice ‘warm’ welcome awaits Papiss Cissé, at least from our hearts. Tickets are still available for the Aston Villa match so get along if you can, if not you might just miss one of those days where you look back and have missed a massive day in United’s history.
Ring the ticket office on 0844 372 1892 or check the official website www.nufc.co.uk for availability.
Don’t forget as well that tickets are still available for the Mackem match on Sunday 4th March with a 12 noon kick-off at St.James’ Park, broadcast on ESPN.
Tickets have been on sale to Season Ticket Holders and Club Members and from tomorrow (Monday 6th February) they go on General Sale (online only).
Any left after the online sale, General Sale from 20th February.
So if you aren’t a club member/season ticket holder, make sure you can get online tomorrow.
