NUFC Injury Update – Best & Taylor

Relief today as Newcastle United have announced that Ryan Taylor did not sustain a fracture to his lower right leg which was X-rayed on Sunday afternoon. His injury is limited to soft tissue damage for which he is now receiving treatment from the Club’s medical team.

Not such good news on Leon Best who will have a scan this Tuesday on his injured left knee and is likely to be out for a number of weeks, we’ll bring you further news as we hear it.

They might not be two of our star players but credit to both for going in where it hurts, something that epitomises the team spirit this season.
