Obertan Fit For Manchester Utd?
The toe injury/infection may not be as bad as initially thought and the French winger could possibly appear, with a probable injection to enable him to play.
If he doesn’t make it, or Alan Pardew decides to leave him out regardless, then it does give the manager a problem position to fill with no obvious cover.
Obertan’s form has been patchy to say the least but his best form so far this season was undoubtedly up against Evra at Old Trafford. Whether playing against his old club, or fancying himself against his old team mate, or whatever, the occasion definitely brought out the best in him.
In the absence of an obvious alternative I’d play Obertan tonight, though I’m guessing plenty of you out there might disagree.
