Alan Pardew ‘Well I wouldn’t call it a crisis’ – Video Special
Alan Pardew went through his pre-Tottenham press conference earlier today and you can watch it below.
The Newcastle manager says that he believes United have ‘exciting games’ coming up in the shape of Spurs, Manchester City and Liverpool, while some fans may describe those fixtures in a slightly different way to ‘exciting’, taking into account the poor form this season.
The Newcastle manager also stated that you’re always looking for that ‘special ingredient’ and referenced Gabriel Obertan as having done that recently.
Asked about the ‘injury crisis’ of De Jong, Riviere, Cisse, Tiote and others potentially missing from his undersized squad, Pardew claimed he wouldn’t call it a crisis and was waiting until tomorrow to see whether certain players would make it.
