To submit an article, email contribute@themag.co.uk and each week The Mag Blog will publish the best articles sent in. Please read the guideline below before submitting your article.

Any piece submitted must be between 300 and 600 words.

You will not be paid for any article published on The Mag Blog.

You must include your full name, address and age when submitting an article.
