Krul Included In Newcastle Starting 11 v Schalke Featuring 8 Changes With Ferreyra On Bench
Alan Pardew has made 8 changes to the Newcastle starting 11 who were taken apart in the first half on Saturday afternoon by Malaga.
The eleven players who started against Malaga were;
Elliot, Mapou, Steven Taylor, Coloccini, Haidara, Abeid, Colback, Sissoko, Armstrong, Cabella, Perez
However, the Newcastle manager has gone for a different look with the following team to play Schalke at 4.45pm (UK time);
Krul, Anita, Williamson, Coloccini, Dummett, Obertan, Sissoko, Colback, Aarons, Gouffran, Riviere
Alan Pardew named a twenty six man squad to travel to Germany and earlier today it was revealed that [intlink id=”45677″ type=”post”]latest signing, on-loan Facundo Ferreyra[/intlink], has joined up with the squad in Gelsenkirchen and is on the bench.
Cheick Tiote is conspicuous by his absence and isn’t even named on the bench, Janmaat the only other who traveled not to make the bench either.

If the match ends in a draw after 90 minutes then there will be a penalty shootout.
