Alan Pardew To Explain What Happened In Transfer Window

Alan Pardew will explain exactly what happened in Newcastle United’s summer transfer window on Thursday.

The Chronicle report that the Newcastle manager will ‘break his silence’ on the transfer activity and/or the lack of it, whilst attempting to unite everybody in moving forward.

What Pardew can say that he thinks will achieve this, it will be interesting to say the least.

I can’t seen anything apart from wins on the pitch sorting anything, while if the United boss told the whole truth then Mike Ashley isn’t going to be a happy man, especially if Pardew said something along these lines;

“I’ve asked Mike (Ashley) for the cash to buy a commanding centre-back in every transfer window since December 2010.

“I also keep asking when can I have a top striker again, with Demba Ba not having been replaced in the four transfer windows since he left.

“I understand Mike wants to push wages down and make as much money as possible from Newcastle United, whilst still enjoying all the free advertising for the rest of his business empire.

“However, keeping all the extra TV revenue for himself and only spending the Cabaye/Debuchy cash on a load of cut price imports from lesser foreign leagues might mean that even my managerial brilliance and tactical genius can’t keep them them players up.”
