West Ham Co-Owner David Gold; “I would be stunned if we don’t have some sort of safe standing experiment soon. What exists is unsafe standing (fans who currently stand in seated areas).”

Newcastle United Reign Supreme As North East Top Dogs
I hate to say it but a strong Sunderland could only be good for Newcastle United, there is nothing like competition to keep everybody on their toes and in the last thirty odd years you must admit the red and whites have let the side down rather badly.
Alan Pardew In Line For Another ‘Award’
Come next season’s kick off though, how many managers of the other nineteen Premier League clubs will have been at their club in the Premier League longer than Alan Pardew?
Those Pesky French Let Newcastle United Down Again
In fact the Newcastle fans were so disgusted with the attitude of the players from across the channel, that they insisted on voting Ben Arfa and Gouffran second and third respectively, in our man of the match vote yesterday.
Pardew Admits One Striker Isn’t Enough
Alan Pardew, “The fact that we lost out on Remy was a massive blow to our season as we’d lost our main goalscorer and he was the replacement.”
Coloccini Claims He Is Committed To Newcastle United
While I really like Coloccini and once again he showed how good a player he is at West Ham when he easily topped our man of the match poll. You have to say that this is a rewriting of history because it was made quite clear in January that this, leaving Newcastle in a relegation fight/mess, was exactly what Colo wanted to do.
Sunderland Cement Their Place At Top Of Empty Seats League
Does this tell us that Newcastle fans are a bit mental or does it tell us that the mackems are a bit fickle and fairweather?
I think the answer would have to be both!
Odds Fall Further On Newcastle & Sunderland To Be Relegated
We are both deep in it and if Wigan win at home to Swansea on Tuesday it would put the mackems bottom three if Stoke took all three points. On a less happier note, a win for Wigan and anything for the mackems and it will be us in the bottom three on Tuesday night.
Alan Pardew Needs To Only Listen To Himself
When I say a team he believes in, I obviously mean a team that he believes can win, not just try and defend for a draw. The point I’m making is that I hope he isn’t now in the frame of mind to start messing with his team selection based on soundbites from fans, the press, whoever.
Pardew To Go For Experience At West Ham
I can sort of see a logic with Williamson even though I don’t particularly rate him but I’d be really worried if Pardew played the likes of Shola and Harper ahead of Gouffran/Ben Arfa and Elliot. I’m sure common sense will win the day…
