Jonjo Shelvey has had only 48 minutes of football this season.
The midfielder sent off in the opening day defeat to Tottenham, then banned for Huddersfield, Forest and West Ham.
On Sunday he was free from suspension but remained an unused sub as United won 1-0.
As a result, Rafa Benitez has arranged for Jonjo Shelvey to have a run out for the kids on Monday night at St James Park.
The NUFC Under 23s play Norwich and the likes of Rolando Aarons and Freddie Woodman are also set to play.
Season ticket holders and members get in free and otherwise it is £3 to get in an £1 concessions.
If you can’t make it, then you can watch the 7pm kick-off game live on the club’s NUFC TV which is free to watch, you just need to register, go HERE to register.
A very good move by Rafa I reckon to get him playing some football after the ban, in a low pressure atmosphere.
