The Newcastle v Birmingham FA Cup replay will see the club once again use a policy of enticing fans to buy in advance.

Adult tickets are very reasonably priced at £10 and even better concessions at £3…but on the day of the game these will double and more than treble, to £20 and £10 respectively.

The early cheap prices for the Preston League Cup game helped produce a superb crowd of over forty nine thousand and whilst that kind of attendance is unlikely for this third round replay, it should help boost the gate, especially with the prices for kids.

Season ticket holders can get tickets as from today, with then members on Wednesday and the general public on Thursday – full details below.

Newcastle United Official Announcement:

Season ticket holders can now secure their seat for next week’s Emirates FA Cup third round replay against Birmingham City.

United drew 1-1 at St. Andrew’s on Saturday and the replay has now been confirmed as taking place on Wednesday, 18th January, with a 7.45pm kick-off at St. James’ Park.

Initially, only lower areas of the ground will be opened for the match but where available, season ticket holders can secure their seat now. Alternative seats, and additional tickets, will then be released to season ticket holders and Members on Wednesday morning before tickets go on full general sale (online and telephone) from Thursday morning.

Ticket prices are £10 for adults and £3 for all concessions, but will rise to £20 for adults and £10 for all concessions on the day of the game.

For Original Platinum Bondholders (Milburn Stand L2C, D, E and F), no action is required; your match tickets will be posted shortly.

Tickets can be purchased online, by calling 0844 372 1892 (calls cost 7p per minute plus network access charge) or in person from the St. James’ Park Box Office.
