Newcastle United have confirmed on Thursday afternoon details of Blackburn away tickets.

Though not declaring the exact number of tickets, the club say they have made tickets available immediately for all season ticket holders due to the size of the allocation, rather than insisting on a number of loyalty points at the first instance.

Tickets are on sale now and cost £30 for adults, then £22 (65+ and 18-21s), with £12 for those under 17 years of age.

Blackburn had already confirmed that they were moving season ticket holders so that Newcastle could have the entire Darwen Road end of the stadium.

The capacity for that end of the stadium is given as 8,000 according to various stadium guides, though the actual number of tickets/allocation could be closer to 7,000 if visits by other clubs prove a reliable guide.

Either way, it will be Newcastle’s biggest away allocation of the season and is sure to be popular, despite it being shown on live TV.
