Even Sky Sports now highlighting Alan Pardew is worst Manager in all 4 divisions

As we all know, Alan Pardew loves being in the spotlight.

Well, Sky Sports have decided to put the former Newcastle Manager’s name up in lights.

The TV broadcaster running a special feature on how Alan Pardew has led Crystal Palace to the worst form of all 94 clubs to have played in the top four divisions throughout 2016.

No other club has averaged so few points per league game as Pardew’ boys, who have averaged only 0.71 points per match.

Since January, Crystal Palace have a record of played 31 and won only 5, drawing 7 and losing 19.

Newcastle United are rated 22nd of the 94 clubs with an average of 1.63 points per game played throughout this calendar year.

However, if you leave out the desperate results Steve McClaren produced, under Rafa Benitez Newcastle average 1.96 points per game in the Premier League & Championship, which would put them in fourth spot (see below) behind Scunthorpe (2.10), Brighton (2.05) and Burnley (2.0).

That record of Crystal Palace under Alan Pardew in these past 11 months is very reminiscent of a certain Newcastle United…under Alan Pardew.

The last 20 matches of the 2013/14 season and first seven of 2014/15 saw a record of played 27, won 5, drawn 5 and lost 17 – that giving a record of 27 matches and only 20 points, an average of 0.74 points per game – which would also be enough to be bottom of this table (with the exception of Pardew’s Crystal Palace!),

Sky Sports:

‘Crystal Palace are bottom of the pile for points won per game in 2016 from England’s top four divisions.

Alan Pardew’s side, who are on a run of five straight Premier League defeats, have suffered a significant dip in form since the turn of the year, picking up just 0.71 points per game.

That’s over half a point behind non-league sides York City and Dagenham and Redbridge, who were both relegated from League Two last season.’

Paddy Barclay, Ian Wright, rest of Pardew’s media mates…your boy’s team is taking one hell of a beating!
