Describing him as having ‘fantastic potential’, Rafa Benitez has welcomed Isaac Hayden as his fifth senior signing of the summer.

The 21 year old now former Arsenal player, was used mainly as a central defender when coming through the ranks at the Emirates but was used as a defensive midfielder when on loan at Hull last season.

It remains to be seen if Grant Hanley will make it six for Rafa, Newcastle having had two bids turned down already for the Blackburn  Captain.
