Newcastle United have confirmed the second and third kits (see image below) for the 2016/17 season.

The home kit is already on sale and the two change kits will be on sale from Monday 1 August.

‘Leaked’ images (also see below) had circulated for some weeks and they have proved to be on the button.

The third kit (purple and white) will be worn by the team when they face Bohemian in a friendly this coming Saturday.

All three kits appear to have met with a positive response from supporters, apart from the stain that Wonga leaves on them.

After pressure from all sides, the sponsor agreed to take their logo off the kids’ kit in this the final year of their sponsorship, accepting it was inappropriate.

Here are the new shirts as now confirmed by the club, with the previously leaked ones below them.
