Newcastle United have agreed to sell Gini Wijnaldum to Liverpool for £25m.

It is Sky Sports’ man in the north east Keith Downie who has broken the news on Thursday morning.
Wijnaldum set to have his medical today.
Wednesday night saw Newcastle play their latest friendly at Doncaster Rovers, though it was the action off the pitch that brought as many headlines as what happened on it.
Rafa Benitez originally left Gini Wijnaldum out of both his starting eleven and substitutes, before at the last minute including him on the bench.
The former PSV Captain making his appearance in the 79th minute and almost scrambling a winning goal in the final seconds, Newcastle having recovered from two down to level things in the second half.
The 2,252 travelling fans made their feelings known with chants of ‘Gini Wijnaldum,we want you to stay’ and…’Moussa Sissoko, we want you to go.’
It now looking inevitable that no matter what the fans want, neither player will be with us next season.
