Steve Black has been sending out positive messages today, despite Newcastle having made it just one win in 11 in the Premier League yesterday afternoon.

United’s motivational coach says that the ‘excellent work’ in training is ‘bringing noticeable improvement in performances’.

Steve Black believes that if this progress in training and performance is maintained, then the results will then follow.

Even when Newcastle beat Norwich 6-2 two weeks ago, the next day Steve Black wasn’t going overboard and saying that it was still a longer term project in terms of turning things around, saying ‘you can’t cheat time’.

The Newcastle Coach has also built on the everybody pulling together theme that Steve McClaren has also been keen to strongly push, including insisting on he and the players applauding the fans, even when things have gone wrong.

Steve Black saying that all those inside St James Park ‘appreciate the wonderful support’ with ‘everybody working together to provide the results’.

Let’s hope for the of everybody inside and outside of the club, that those positive results soon follow Steve Black’s positive messages.

Steve Black messages via his Twitter account:

“Things are improving on the training field & starting to show up on match day. It’s taking hold, but you can’t cheat time. Onwards&Upwards!”

1 November 2015

“Excellent work on the training field bringing noticeable improvement in performances …That continued progress will bring positive results.

“All staff at NUFC really appreciate the wonderful support we get at SJP. Everyone working together to provide the results that we all want.”
