When will Pep Geordieola be appointed at Newcastle United?

So Sam Allardyce is returning to the North East.  The worrying thing for me is his record suggests that he will actually be seen as a success given he promises a mid-table finish.  My god how desperate is our situation that we would be more than happy with that given recent seasons!!

As an observation, and I would welcome the view of others as well as some suggestions of your own, is there something in the name of a manager and how it links to a team?

The obvious one is the 19 year reign of the Arsenal Manager, a certain Arsene Wenger which is so close to the name of the team, Arseneal Wenger.

Then we move to the latest 2 appointments to the Premier League.

At Liverpool they now have Jurgen Klopp and the Mackems have Sam Allardyce  which results in an unfortunate acronym of Sam Allardyce Football Club.

Is this a worrying trend that suggests they are a perfect fit for these clubs?   Although Dick the Black AdvoCaat didn’t quite work out so there could be some hope!!

When will Pep Geordieola be appointed on Barrack Road?  Ok, I know it will be never at Newcastle United.

It’s worrying I’m bothered by this but I’m at the straw clutching stage for any change in our fortunes.  So if anyone knows a Norman Unsworth, a Newcast Jenga or a Jimmy St James get him sounded out before Steve lands on his sword as it’s not looking good at the minute for him.
