Two Newcastle players have been confirmed as definite to start against Chelsea.
At his Friday press conference, Steve McClaren said that Aleksandar Mitrovic is guaranteed to start against Chelse, now that he has completed his three match suspension.
In addition, Daryl Janmaat has been passed fit to face the blues after feeling dizzy and being forced off at half-time in the defeat to Sheffield Wednesday.
Meanwhile, on the not so good news side of things, Sky Sports report that Massadio Haidara will face a late fitness test to see if he can play against Chelsea.
On top of that, Steve McClaren confirmed another two last minute checks will be made on Jack Colback and Rolando Aarons to see if they have recovered from missing the League Cup match through injury.
Predicting tomorrow’s starting eleven is looking a little problematic at the moment…
