Newcastle loan striker Adam Armstrong has made it six goals in seven matches.

Whilst his United teammates toil to little effect in the Premier League, scoring only three in six games, the 18 year old striker has once again picked up the goalscoring thread for Coventry.

Another quality finish by Armstrong, this time with his left foot, won Saturday’s game against Chesterfield, the Newcastle striker pouncing only four minutes into the second half.

The Geordie forward’s goals have directly helped the Sky Blues to land 12 of their 16 points so far, lifting them into fourt place and only two points off the top of League One.

Last week Adam Armstrong picked up his first award at his loan club, lifting the August goal of the month (see video) – thanks to an audacious near 40 yard effort against Millwall.
