The broadcasters have today confirmed that there will be seven Newcastle United live tv matches from the first 12 Premier League fixtures.

Four had already been announced and Friday brought news that another three had been added.

Including Southampton moved due to their European matches, Newcastle fans have seen eight of the first 12 league matches moved.

The away derby at Sunderland was predictably given a Sunday noon kick-off, whilst the Norwich home match is also moved to a Sunday.

However, the real ‘laugh’ is handing Newcastle a Saturday lunchtime spot for Bournemouth away – you quite honestly couldn’t make it up…

Sunday 18 October 2015 – Newcastle United v Norwich City (4pm kick-off) Sky Sports

Sunday 25 October 2015 – Sunderland v Newcastle United (12 noon kick-off) Sky Sports

Saturday 7 November 2015 – AFC Bournemouth v Newcastle United (12.45pm kick-off) BT Sport
