David Ginola picks best eleven he ever played with including two from Newcastle
David Ginola has picked the best eleven players he ever played with.
In a recent interview with four four two magazine, the former Newcastle winger/genius picked a team of players who would be a match for anyone.
Ginola included two Newcastle players in his top eleven but maybe it was a surprising choice for the manager to oversee his bets ever team of players that he played with;
Peter Schmeichel (Aston Villa)
Marcel Desailly (France)
Sol Campbell (Tottenham)
Bixente Lizarazu (France)
Rai (PSG)
Peter Beardsley (Newcastle)
Paul Le Guen (PSG)
Zinedine Zidane (France)
George Weah (PSG)
Alan Shearer (Newcastle)
Jurgen Klinsmann (Tottenham)
David Ginola was also asked to choose the manager to look after his team of all stars and maybe surprisingly he didn’t go for Kevin Keegan who created that magical team with Ginola at the heart of it.
Instead Ginola went for Artur George, the Portuguese manager who led PSG to the French title with the former Newcastle winger as one of the team’s stars.
